Sandra Writing...

not long ago Tui, class had been learning about Sandra Silberzweig and her amazing art. Tui class took the risk to try to some like hers, the first thing that we did was watch a video of how to draw a basic drawing like hers from YouTube and after that we learnt about primary colors and cool colors, then after that we got a scrap paper to draft it then after a lot of working we got to a start after fixing and more then Mrs Cutler  gave us a HUGE piece of paper and that is where the magic happened our minds opened up,after that we used Indian ink to make all the thick and thin lines,finely we used chalk pastel to color it and DONE

how to tie a shoe lase

In Tui class we have been learning instructions, of how to tie your shoe lase a few days before that we did a monster and alien instructions  and we had to write how to draw what I drew. 

Then the next day we did instructions  of how to tie a shoe lases  so first we got given 5 mins from Mrs Cutler , to write how to tie a shoe lase. 

then one of the students got to test the instructions most of them was a fail. then we had to edit and fix our writing so it would make seance. 


then we got into a group and had to test out how our instructions worked.

I heard talking, steps and screaming from the little ones.

I saw cliffs,rocks,bush, and kids.

I felt scared and terrified .

I wonder if we will make it to school?  

Week 6 Learning Review

clay birds

In Tui class we made clay birds
we had to draw what bird was native and the one we wanted to.
after that we showed Mrs Cutler our drawings.
we went on to doing our actual clay,it felt soft.
Then after a few days we started to paint our clay birds with paint the colours we used was yellow,black,blue and dark blue,we made our colour thats most used then do another one after I was done!!!!
